This is where your suite number (STE) comes into play. Each customer receives a unique suite (STE) number that can be found in the Shopfans address (see Street Address 2) as well as in the account number. Thus, when an online store sends a package to your Shopfans shipping address that includes a suite number, we use this number to register the order in our system and match it with the package’s owner. If a store omits the STE number on the shipping label, we would search the owner of an incoming order by the first and the last name on the address label. If there is more than one client with the same name in the system, a package would be forwarded to a special suite where we keep all unknown and unmatched purchases until their owners contact us.
